I've ordered the Vito from the roswell msnsell rd locations for years always tastes great

Only one guy working the entire store... every day, all day according to him anyway. He was very nice and doing his best but... that's the only positive thing I can say. He needs a raise, they need to re-stock with fresh food (they were out of turkey andseveral other items) (bread was stale/old) and clean the place up. Good and fast cold subs. Website ordering is convenient, but they don't honor the "5OFF20" promo that's bannered on their... website. Took the $5 out of their tip instead, which I admit sucks, but keep your promises. Read more

I am baffled by the terrible experience I had with this store!! On Sunday, I ordered from here on DoorDash at 3:34 pm. The... ordered was never even started after about 45 minutes, so I called DoorDash and had them cancel the order. Jimmy Johns doestheir own deliveries, so it's actually better to order directly from the app, which I did after cancelling the DoorDash order. Iwas charged, but the app order was still never fulfilled after another 45 minutes. The online hours said they were open until 9pm. I drove up to the store at about 4:45 pm and it was closed with a paper sign that said "We closed at 4 pm." Today, I calledJimmy Johns support to get my money back from both DoorDash and the app and they told me THIS STORE CLOSING AT 4 PM WASUNAUTHORIZED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE STAYED OPEN UNTIL 9 PM. I am currently waiting on the management team to contact me afterSupport gave them my information because EVEN WITH THE STORE OPEN THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. Lately, Jimmy Johns hasnot been impressing me. Not too long ago, I ordered on the app from another store and put in the instructions "leave at mydoor." I was sick and did not want contact with the delivery driver. He knocked on my door and I waited some time for him towalk away. I opened the door to find an old man holding my food, specifically waiting for me to come out so he can complainabout having to go up the stairs in my building. He told me he is too old to handle the stairs. From that, I gathered that Ishouldn't be ordering delivery because it is too much work for the Jimmy Johns employees despite the generous tip I left for himthat day. My kids really love JJ so wanted to try this, but we should have listened to the reviews. There was only one guy working, the... door was locked but there was no sign to tell you anything, the guy inside saw me but just ignored me. Thankfully the person whoworks in the barber shop next store saw me and peeked out and said they only have drive thru service. Again, nothing online andno sign saying so. I went through it and though it was slow I could understand with only one person. The tall, white bearded guywho worked there could not have been less happy to see us. The order was messed up, and none of them were numbered so we couldnot tell whose belong to whom without all opening and looking at the ingredients. Not enough to ruin your day, but definitelydisappointing and not up to JJ standards at all. Considering how bad these reviews have been for years I can?t believe thisplace is still open. Read more

UPDATE for August 2021: Back to being slow on deliveries. Order received within 5 minutes, more than 40 minutes for delivery... within .5 miles! Can't understand this place! UPDATE for December 2020: Management or something changed with this shop. Theyare now back to being Freaky Fast. I have ordered numerous times throughout this year and for the most part all the deliverieshave come very fast. I thought it was only fair to revise my review and the overall rating from 2 stars to 5. Very slowdelivery times during lunch hour. I don't get it. They get complaints regularly but don't seem to be able to overcome thechallenge. Just not worth ordering delivery for them. This location is almost always slightly messing up the order such as putting cheese on a sandwich that I know I selected no... cheese when ordering. Constantly I'm reaching the store 30 minutes later for a pickup order and they're just now starting onit when not a single other person is dining in, in the drive through or obvious signs of several other orders.
