The food is good, but I don't know how they justify $12 for a hamburger served on a piece of foil in a paper bag. They've always... been on the pricey side, but now they've cut back on "over-served" fries.. they've gotten stingy. Price increase and less foodis greedy to me. Competition for a great hamburger is too high to over spend here. I'll be spending my burger bucks elsewhere. Read more

We put in a simple order of four sandwiches online to be picked up. It had been a long day and we were eager to sit down as a... family to enjoy Five Guys. Once we got our bag of food home, we realized they had shorted us two of our sandwiches. I calledback the restaurant, indeed our other two sandwiches were sitting there. I drove all the way back to the restaurant and washanded the bag. Slight apology. I asked if we could get the price of these two sandwiches credited back to our card. The managerrefused. Read more

Want the fast casual feel of an old school 60's burger joint with the speed of a modern sit down restaurant? Five guys is the... place to go. It's pricy yes, but it's possibly the best damn burger east of the Mississippi that can be found at a chain thatain't a hole-in-the-wall. Helpful staff members, such as Matthew and Selma helped me with a small problem we had, but asquickly as we realized it, it was solved. Truly great service! I'm glad there's a Five Guys closer to Central Roswellians, andyou can be your bottom $8.99 I will be coming here for my double cheeseburger! You can add bacon to anything, even milkshakes!They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, and plenty of great items to choose from, including unlimited free saltedpeanuts!!
