This restaurant has a high rating on Uber Eats but was not that tasty. The food is pretty bland. On top of that they increased... the order total from what was on the Uber Eats app menu, automatically charging the higher amount to my credit card. Don?t knowif that is the fault of Uber or the restaurant but totally unfair because you cannot decline it at that point. I will not orderfrom there again. Read more
THIS RESTAURANT IS A GYP JOINT. We ordered from their online menu and didn?t look at the ticket when we picked it up. What... should?ve been $28. was $57.!!! When we went back to question the bill, the owner said she?s NEVER made a mistake in 31 yearsand refused to make any adjustments or at least offer a free meal - not that we would ever eat there again. The food wasterrible!! The crab in my entree was that gelatinous dyed fake crab. There are too many good Asian restaurants in this area togo to this one. Read more
I?m a pretty hard critic when it comes to Chinese food and I was pretty impressed! . I ordered the chef special hot chicken from... here and it was absolutely delicious. It was spicy, but it was very good. The wonton soup was also delicious. We ordered thespring rolls and they came very soggy, but we put them in an air fryer to crisp them up. We ordered hot mustard and she chargedus $1.95 (the price of an order of egg rolls). I think that?s a bit excessive considering the food prices are a little high, butthe portions are good size. My husband had chicken Penang curry, and it was absolutely delicious. Also a good size portion.Looking forward to eating here again soon. Read more
I'm giving Epicures five stars for the food's authenticity. Let's face it, the restaurant is a hole in the wall so you don't go... here for the ambiance. But if you want the real deal from a couple who immigrated from Singapore over 30 years ago with a lovefor cooking traditional Asian dishes then this is a great place. Another option used widely by locales is take-out or deliverybecause we know where the good food is off the beaten track. Read more
I ordered a chicken coconut for a price of $10.95. An owner brought out a small bow of soup with a bow of some kind of fry Asian... chip that's normally served with hot and sour soup. I asked her can I have a rice instead, she said it's will be extra money,I said Fine okay. My ticket for a very small rice was $4.00. Wow. This restaurant must out of their mind. P.S. A coconutchicken was tasted sour, I must hungry all day but not sure how the charge can be this expensive for a low rate of quality ofservice and foods. 1st and last time for me . Read more
Great food! Good quality, nice presentation. Decor is lovely. A bit busy on a Friday night, mostly with take out orders (plenty... of seating inside available). Have patience with the server as they try to manage in-house and takeout at the same time. Read more
