The mgr on this day decided customer service was only for those he deemed worthy. I placed my order for drive thru pickup, but... when I arrived the drive was extremely long. I decided to go in and retrieve my order. A new employee was there - alone. She wastrying to understand my request. Once she got it a man came back in out of breath saying, ?He forgot his straw!? He asked howcould he help, the girl began to explain. He then tells me, ?She?s new and can?t do that.? Then tells me I have to go throughthe drive thru for my order. When I arrived to the window, I asked the gentleman was that the mgr in the front? He said yes. SoI told him to let him know I would be writing a review for the terrible service he provided and told him what happened. Mr.Manager?The same energy you gave the man who ?forgot his straw? is the same energy/service EVERYONE should receive walkingthrough your doors. Because of how I was treated/not assisted, you have lost a customer for your location. I have also told mycoworkers to not purchase from your location as well. I?m sure you thought I forgot? I am not sure what is going on with this location but in the past week I have had multiple bad experiences, but today I will... share. I walked into the store front today and ordered two coffees and ask for one dark roast in which I ordered the daybefore. The young woman replied "What!, dark roast, what is that?" To which I replied "Its coffee and I just ordered ityesterday." I decided to just tell her to give me their regular and proceed with my order that included muffin, non toastedbagels with cream cheese, and three breakfast sandwiches. I spent over $27 on breakfast. When I get home I see that one of mysandwiches are burnt and one bagel is toasted. So I called and spoke to the manager Jose and after telling him what happenedand that my sandwich was burnt he replied and said "We never get complaints, but I will take it back. Next time havepictures." I responded telling him " I didn't eat it and I have pics and I will bring it back for a coupon because I am notcoming back to your location" What annoys me the most is that on another morning I had a big order I got the same foolishnessand his response was the same..he replied that time telling me that the staff were good people and never had anycomplaints. For month I have not only come to this location but purchased drinks for others in the drive through and praisedstaff for being courteous. I believe that when you get good service you should hear about it just like the bad. I will not bereturning to this location! Read more
