Ten minutes before we arrived at this restaurant, we placed our takeout order. We headed out in the car. They instructed us to... pull up in front and wait in the parking. If there were no people or it was busy, I could understand. But there were a lot ofpeople just hanging around. Additionally, we had to exit the vehicle because there was no one in line and we still had to waitfor around 10 minutes. We went inside to investigate the issue. A number of coworkers were playing collectively. They said, "Oh,here it is," when I asked for our order. I was concerned because it had been there for a while. The whole order was cold.Theorder as a whole was incorrect, and it was cold. The tea was water down too. However, I was in a rush to be somewhere and didn'thave time to return. This is ridiculous. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered the hash browns. This order is warm at best, very greasy and there... are exactly 6 rounds in the oorder.The Dunkin here in Roswell continues to disappoint. My nephew loves your doughnuts. This is my favorite DD location. The food is consistent and my order is always correct. They are... busy in the mornings but the line usually move quickly. I recommend trying their wake up wraps. My favorite is the bacon, eggand cheese. Read more
