Last 2 visits marked by unprofessional customer service. A month ago I stoped in after ordering my coffee ahead via the app. My... son wanted a snack so I ordered from the cashier once inside. While waiting for snack to be prepared I grabbed my coffee. Thecashier raised his voice and told me that I did not order that. I explained to him that I preordered it using their wonderfulapp. He looked confused but never apologized. A few days ago I stopped in and had a coupon in the app for a free pastry. Iordered my coffee, snack and pastry (cashier scans coupon) and usually the cashier fixes the pastry and hands it to you whileyou wait for snack from back. But he didn?t so I asked him if they were going to give it to me on the pickup side. He proceedsto say I didn?t order a pastry which I open my app again so he could see the coupon again. He confusingly fixes the pastry andhands it to me and says something to the crew in back. A minute later my snack is ready and I proceed to grab it and he says noI didn?t pay for the snack. I showed him my receipt and explained that $7 for a regular coffee is not right so clearly I paidfor something. He reviewed the receipt as I pulled up the coupon yet again. After a minute or so he says ok. Again neveracknowledging he made a mistake. The coupon I used loaded in the dunkin app automatically it?s pretty sad that workers are notaware before customers show up to use them. So just when I think I have their system figured out with how to order coffee the way I like it, they figure out how to still... get something wrong with my order. I?m an ice hater, but ironically love iced coffee at any given time of year. You can?tcustomize your order on the app to ask for no ice like other competitors? apps. So I?ve just taken to ordering at the window andscanning the app before paying to still get my points. However, I think the person making my coffee is so focused on the ?noice? portion of the order that they neglect to put any flavor or sweetener in. ???? I am aware that this is a small worldproblem, but this location habitually gets something wrong with my order every time I go. Read more
If you want stale donuts, poor service and an uninviting atmosphere. This is your place. It was not busy when me and my family... were there...they had a bunch of employees there that seemingly had time to complete an order in a timely fashion. But didn't.And the order was wrong. How anyone can mess up donuts and coffee, somehow they managed to do that and without a shred ofcustomer service. Their donuts were cold and fresh from the freezer. Big mystery solved dunkin doesn't make donuts on site. Theyare a big microwave shop from the coffee to the donuts. Save your money and eat Krispy Kreme. If you're gonna get diabetes atleast enjoy the experience. Read more
No surprises here menu wise. It's Dunkin Donuts. But the drive through is inconveniently situated. The staff was nice but they... forgot to put cream cheese on my gosh darn bagel. There are better options around than this spot. Read more
I come to this dunkin donuts very regularly for breakfast at the start of my work day. I especially appreciate the courtesy and... attentiveness that Jose and his staff bring to the location. The food is always fresh and hot. Their drinks are made to ordercorrectly and have been remade on very rare occasion. I usually order the power breakfast sandwich either on the multigrain bunor an everything bagel. They're both excellent but I find that the egg and turkey sausage tend to be slippery in the bread whichmakes it difficult to eat. All in all this is a 5 star Dunkin location. Read more
We picked up a couple of the largest vanilla chai lattes on the menu. After a sip or two it just didn't taste right. It may be... difficult to discern in the pictures, the mix or chai powder was just just dumped on top of the giant tower of ice. I didn'trealize "lightly iced" meant 75% ice 25% liquid. We were pretty bummed. $3.89 for 8 sips of milk..... happy valentines day!! Read more
Great service and wonderful people working there. Very fast so in and out. Maybe a little too fast because my bagel was missing... some cream cheese. It had a little. Very little. Other than that it's a good Dunkin Donuts. Read more
The managers and owners are not welcoming and aggressive. The quality is really poor - from the donuts to the coffee. Donuts are... rarely fresh. Orders are Inaccurate, and they don?t listen to your actual order - and get angry with you and/or ignore an issueif you bring it up. For example, I?ll order an oatmilk late and they?ll give me a coffee with oatmilk. If you order donuts, theythrow them in a bag (not a box) without any tissue paper separating them and it messes them up.
