You get it all here!!! Tasty food/desert options and some good drinks. The employees are extremely nice and hilarious, what more... could one ask for. Bad comments are definitely from rude privileged people who have no idea how hard people in the food serviceindustry have it. They wouldn?t last a minute in those people?s shoes. DO NOT DARE COME HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DARE COME HERE BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! As I was ordering my food the... rudest employee got frustrated with me because I asked if the refreshers had caffeine. He than had a horrible attitude taking myorder. So I took the initiative to tell him to calm down with the rude way of talking to me. He than , WENT OFF ON ME . He saidI can continue with my day because he will NOT take my order he also mentioned I can call the cops if I wanted to but he willnot take my order . CLEARLY he has no idea what customer service is even about . I will make sure corporate knows how poorly anddisgusted I was treated . Please save yourself a head ace and don?t dare go here at all! The service here is horrible. They made me wait for 20+ mins in the drive through, then asked me to park. When I got the food, a... part of the order was wrong. I got out of my car and went inside to complain and ask for the correct order. I was running lateto pick up my child for school and frustrated at that point. The person, who I am guessing is the manager, was obnoxiously rude.He accused me of throwing down a sandwich on the counter and that he will not give me anything with that attitude? I did not doanything of the sort. I was appalled and stung by his comment. I had paid for the food. I understand that we are all having ahard time, but his comments were hurtful. I got my order because my child had specifically asked for it, and left in tears. I amnot going back there again. Read more

I went this morning am order an multi grain bagel plain no cream not toasted just plain. After I paid for it I waited, waited... and waited until finally they give me the wrong bagel. Tell him this was in the bagel I ordered and tell me that they are out ofmulti grain bagels. It would?ve been nice if they would?ve told me at the beginning before I pay for it so I didn?t have towaste my time waiting. So I told forget about it. Didn?t get my money back. Walked away. Drive thru took 20+ minutes. 3 cars left from the line while I was waiting there too. Customer service was horrible the person I... was ordering from from the menu yelled at me ?I said stop? never said thank you or have a good day or anything customer friendlyand I waited at the window for my food as well as to pay for 5 minutes. Worst experience I?ve ever had at Dunkin. The manager was so rude. We went in to skip the long line so we could get our things... faster. Every staff member did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes. As soon as he took our order, he took my wife?s and then whenit was my turn he walked away! This is completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this Dunkin location. You don?t treatyour customers like animals. This location needs a clean house. We just went to Starbucks and they got us right, and treat uslike humans. Read more
