I've only eaten at this location a couple of times, but so far my experience has been great! The cashiers I've met are... delightful. I wish I remembered their names for a shout-out. Absolutely horrible service! Tried to place a catering order and spoke to a counter person about the catering menu and looked at... several products. She told me I had to order 24 hr. In advance. The next morning when they opened I called several times andafter 20 minutes someone finally picked up. They told me to order 48 hrs.in advance and to order on line! I didn't have 48hrs!!Only 24 hrs.!! They would not take the order. I called the 3rd party order and took my order and couldn't reach the Roswelllocation because they wouldn't answer the phone. After 6 hrs. still no order confirmation. Even Chicken Salad Chick Corporatecouldn't get the location to answer the phone! Amazing!!! They obviously don't want any business. Read more
I?m contacting because I would like to complain. On June 15th I ordered at 7:23 my order number was: Order # 10575338469703681.... I ordered cranberry kelli on a croissant and when I arrived I was told there wasn?t any croissants which was fine. So I justordered a scoop. I also ordered chicken dumpling soup. I was told they don?t sell that at this particular location which is alsofine. So I asked for loaded potato soup WITHOUT bacon. I received the food and the soup has bacon which I?m allergic too. Onlyfound out because I had started to eat it and there wasn?t any crackers packed in my meal nor the little complimentary cookie Ialso asked for an Arnold Palmer with Minute Maid light and I saw the employee make my drink with regular Minute Maid. Came in for lunch and was incredibly impressed with the varieties of chicken salad and the flavor as well. The Lemon Basil was... just subtle enough to not overpower the other components of the chicken salad and the sandwich. My one qualm was the lacklusterservice at the register. It was my first time to a Chicken Salad Chick and was unsure of how the scoop of pimiento cheese wouldcome, but all I got were blank stares. It turned out fine, but it was off-putting. Read more
