I love Chick-fil-A's Cobb salad. In fact, I can eat it every day of the year. I love it more because I add other things like... craisins, avocado, and a layer of honey to this awesome salad to make it "sinfully" deliciously and mouth watering.? Customer service is always on point. Food is always hot, drinks are at the right temperature. I wish so many other chains... could all be this professional, courteous and respectful because Chik-fil-A employees have Customer Service skills onlock!!! The various locations are always clean too. Of course Chick-fil-A is great, but as other commenters have mentioned. This location is very sloppy when it comes to accuracy... of orders. They constantly miss pieces you've paid for and/or forget sauces. If you can, just go to one of the other locationswithin 3 miles. Read more
I love chick fil a food but the accuracy of order contents is inconsistent at this location. On previous visit, they missed 6... cookies and had to call to correct. Yesterday they didn't get sauces right. Asked for lime avocado for wrap and it wasn'tthere when I got home. Double checked to make sure I ordered it. Had used mobile app to enter order. Inconvenient as by thattime wasn't going to drive 15 minutes back again. Disappointing. Read more
The service here is always great. It's rarely quiet but they always get me in and out quickly. The food is always hot and fresh... and gets to my table fast. The new Mac and cheese is great and offers another option to make it difficult not to ordereverything on the menu. They have a separated play zone for the kids and the dining area is spread out enough to allow someprivacy. I come here often. Read more
Food was good as always and employees were polite and helpful. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for a change and it was... really good. I don't like really spicy foods but this was just right. I had a coupon for the new watermelon mint lemonade so Itried that, it was good but it was almost too sweet. The playground is a little smaller than some of the other Chick-Fil-A'sbecause there's no small child/toddler area but my kids still enjoyed it. Read more
I was told during the initial prep for remodeling it would take 1 month. Another reviewer asked what the deal was, as there is... no info, and got an evasive reply that chikfila stays out of politics. Not political, but ok. Horrible customer service and prthough, especially if it is due to a hazardous issue, so what's the deal and expected reopen date range? And please no cookiecutter responses.
