So disappointed by this local franchise business. The delivery channel produced extreme skimpy bowls, they are leveling up with... our local Chipotle in terms of fair portion. I totally get inflation and rise in cost of business, but customer retention andloyalty is a much higher cost to loose. Will never be ordering again. $17 plus delivery fee and tip, with protein size less than2 ounces, not acceptable. Also the prized pita chip, 1 sad triangle in a bag to be shared with 2 orders? Stood at the counter for a full 5 mins while 3 employees cleaned the counters in front of us and ignored us instead of taking... our orders. Finally, one of the workers told us someone else would be helping us momentarily. That said employee then beganprepping to go orders in front of us. Awful service. Don?t support this location. We came here on a recommendation of a friend. It's one of those healthy food places that I actually like to avoid. BUT! It was... actually really good. I got the lamb wrap. This thing was tasty from start to finish. The lamb, I thought, tasted really good.My 13 year old son got the chicken wrap and he loved it. Has a Med kind of taste to it. My other son got the same thing but in abowl, which was gluten free. He is never happy and he said he really liked it. They don't have Coke *gasp but they do have theirown products that are pretty good. Kind of in the high end of what it's worth I think. But that seems to be the new norm. Thestaff was busy and fast. I?ve been a huge Cava fan since living in DC for many years and my husband even knows the owners/founders of Cava from our time... living there. We were so excited when they finally opened one near us in Roswell. I placed an order via app for delivery onSaturday and they completely left the chicken out of one of the grain bowls which ruined that meal since it was the onlyprotein. Ok. Accidents happen. We chalked it up to an oversight and decided to give them another shot the next night. Orderedagain via app for delivery. This time?they gave us all spicy chicken instead of grilled chicken in our grain bowls including thekids meal and my 9-year old spit hers out and started coughing because it was so spicy. Had to toss it out. They sent us pitabread that was burned to a crisp. Had to toss it. And completely left off the sauce from one of our grain bowls. Just absolutelyridiculous. This location really needs to get it together. They are making way too many careless mistakes. Definitely not up toCava standards. Went in on Sunday night around 7pm and they were out of All rice options, spicy chicken, and lamb. After waiting in line for 15... minutes behind 7 other guests, we were informed of this and decided to go somewhere else for the 4 orders we were going toplace. The worker told Us that this happens Every Friday and Sunday evening!!! I?m a restaurant professional and my family ownsfast casual franchises, so I?m aware and compassionate, but I thought that the franchisee and corporate should be aware of thisissue to correct it.
