Excellent pizza in a cool venue. We had dinner here the other night but it?s the second I?ve had their pizza. I?m not a huge fan... of thin crust pizza but this is really good - nice mix of crispy crust and just enough toppings. I?d recommend to-go versusdining in until the labor shortage is figured out. There was only one person for the whole restaurant and even though she wassuper efficient it was too much for one person. Read more

My kids & I love this place. We visit after school to get pizza slices for just 3 bucks. The pizza is great one of the best... tasting here and reminds me of visiting NY. The staff is friendly, kind and enduring (these kids can be a handful). Great place, great food, great service. I highly recommend them. Read more

This place is homey, welcoming, delicious and nothing less than wonderful. First of all, the owner, Mike, remembered me after my... first brief visit, which in my opinion, says a lot about someone, especially a restaurant owner who sees many different facesfrequently! He's very personable, laid back, friendly, and just an all around good human! 2nd, being a NJ born gal, I do getpicky with my Italian food, specifically my pizza. Let's just say, their pies pass the test with flying colors! Freshingredients and clearly homemade recipes, you really can't go wrong. Also, make sure to try their meatballs! Bonus = you canhave Carlisles delivered on UberEats! ???????? (And maybe other food delivery apps but I'm not 100% sure about that). Read more

I?ve lived in Roswell for 29 years and just discovered Carlisle?s. I?m so happy I did. By far the best pizza in the city and it... is run by an absolutely top notch staff. Mike is passionate about what he does and has spent 30+ years perfecting his craft. They have it down. Awesome environment, incredible location, and the best pizza around. Couldn?t recommend it more! Well, mediocre at best. Service was fine. Best thing was the asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. Meatballs and sauce have way too... much oregano. Meatball sub same meatball of course but way too much bread and nothing to kick it up a notch. So boring andflavor held down by bread. Pizza does nothing to stand out. 18" for $32 is silly. Go out 3 miles, spend $20 for 18" and you willbe so much happier. Read more

Great pizza ???? and salads. The pies are generally thin crust, which I really like. They do a nice job crafting their pizzas.... You can enjoy several fantastic house pies. The service is spot on. I have no complaints with it. Servers are quick to arriveand rather attentive. You can sit inside or out. The back deck area is great with ceiling fans and TV screens for game viewing. If you are in the Roswell area, Carlisle's is an excellent option for dates or families. My one recommendation would be toimprove the list of beers ????. There are so many great local breweries. Arches Brewery and Reformation Brewery are twowonderful options. Please, get better beer options. Read more

Great atmosphere, fair pricing, ok pizza, mediocre service. My husband, two year old, and I were a bit disappointed by our... experience here. We were asking questions that were fairly simple but our server didn't understand and he seemed frustrated whenwe pressed for answers about the cost of toppings. The pizza was alright, with a super thin crust which was a bit too crispy forour liking. The sauce and toppings were really good. We ate outside and our two year old liked playing in the grass by ourtable. We had to be really careful however since the restaurant is on the road. With all of the other restaurants along Cantonstreet, it will probably be a while before we'd come back here. That being said, it seems like a great atmosphere for a group ofadults to sit and enjoy pizza and beer. There was a table of men from a sporting event next to us and they seemed to be having agreat time. It's worth checking out to decide for yourself. Read more
