I am here for a work event, and I ordered their food via DoorDash. When I got my food, I only had one of my items when I ordered... 3 items. This is incredibly frustrating because I?m not able to go there to get the items I ordered since I?m limited to myhotel. They also don?t take calls which is incredibly off putting, and their texting replies are slow. This isn?t great customerservice whatsoever. While I?m a huge fan of this brand and a valued customer, today I was sadly disappointed. This was my first time ordering from... this specific location. I ordered a almond bowl via Uber eats which literally is15 mins away from me. I?ve ordered through Ubereats before but from other locations (Vienna and old town) I guess I expected the same quality/experience. I was very detailedand specific about instructions while placing my order. I ordered a almond butter bowl which is my favorite on the menu.Unfortunately my bowl wasn?t as I suggested, in fact the fruit were oddly cut and huge which over powered the entire smoothie.It was extremely loose as if I was having cereal and milk. I had no choice but to finish it because I was at work at the timeand very hungry. My suggestion is to read tickets and pay attention to detail especially if I?m paying 22$ for extra ingredientsalong with tax ect.. none the less I still love southblock ???? Read more
