Manager and Team always go out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied with my order and overall experience.
So I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and they put bbQ sauce on it. When I called and read the ingredients back to them, it said... nothing about bbq sauce. I told them I would be there in a sec so they could show me on my phone where it said bbQ sauce. When Igot there and pulled up the order again it said bbQ sauce and I know for a fact it wasn?t on there when I called. So I contactedsomeone I know at a different Marcos and they told me that it was probably added to it after I called and complained. I?ll neverorder from this Marcos again!!! Unbelievable Read more
Pulled up to the drive-through window gave them my name paid for my order gave me the wrong order then took it back from me... which is unsanitary and then brought me back half my order then realize they forgot to give me my pizza bowl so I had to wait 15minutes for my pizza bowl which my other half of my order got cold And no type of compensation for the inconvenience Read more
They were very professional and even informed me that the only thing they had open was drive-through and I had to have a car to... come through drive through most companies won't even tell you that many details They just let you arrive and find out byyourself Having never been here before I did call them ahead of time and the person who answered the phone was absolutelywonderful very polite very kind Read more
What's not to love . Great taste, fast and always friendly delivery , never really get an order wrong .
Every-time i call an order in whether it?s to be picked up or delivered, they take my information down , ask for name and phone... number, give me the total cost and wait time and when I get there they say they didn?t put my order thru. Or when I needed thepizza to be delivered to a job 8 mins away, they said they did not put the order thru. It?s been awhile since I last ordered due to getting contacted after a bad survey and being told corporate policy due to Covid... prevented them from preparing my order correctly. Apparently you can no longer request that your thin crust be cut triangle.Thin crusts are only able to be cut in a dumb square configuration. On top of this I didn?t get the crust toppers that wereordered on the room temperature pizza they delivered. If you order from them just understand that your order comes their way asit?s apparently the only way. Read more
The pizza is great, and the service has very good wait times. Meatloaves is fantastic. We did have some issues with the orders... some time ago being the ingredients. Hopefully it was only a mishap. Read more
