Horrible customer service, and gave me a dirty cup with a lid, all I asked for was warm milk for baby?s bottle, and a donut, the... lady in a rude tone says anything else?! And I said no that?s it, the guy gives me burning hot milk, to the point where it washard for me to hold the bottle, I asked for cold milk and an empty cup and he gives me a dirty lid, and in his language (which Ispeak as well) he said I?m holding up his customers, plus he gave the customer who was after me, their order first, even thoughall he had to do was heat up milk for me, I?ve been to every dunkin no one has ever given me an issue on this, everyone wasalways understanding except this location! Dunkin Donuts have changed I have tried different ones and not pleased DURNING THE PANDEMIC DD HAVE CHANGED????(2 & 1/2 ????)
Bad service. Very limited stock. I could clearly see my desired donuts but was refused when I asked for them multiple times.... Will not be going back. Donuts didn?t even taste good. I would recommend going to a different bakery. Read more
