Drove out of my way to Wendy?s and waited in a longggg drive through line for 2 pretzel bacon pub sandwiches. Got 2 double... cheeseburgers instead (paid more than I should have). Didn?t notice until I got home. Super disappointed. Probably won?t go backto this location. Read more
They don?t understand the concept of FAST FOOD. I waited 20+ minutes in line with 5 cars ahead of me and an additional 10-15... minutes to receive my food. They must be short staff or just moving slow??? This is not the first time I?ve waited this long. Read more
This store is not giving a good service.the soda machine is not working well and not clean. The ketchup is not clean with bugs... and fungus. They give me the wrong order and cold . When I get in my car and check out my food no fries. Nasty and the managerdon't have to manny workers. So sad. I hope it get better soon.???????? Read more

Generally this store is okay, I usually go to Quincy when I want Wendy's service there' is so much better there this location... has its good days but at night service just looses its rating the store needs help and too keep the dinning open inside longer,having extremely long drive thru makes it very hard and inconvenient for its customers. I ordered the 4 for 4 with an ice coffee. It came to 5.03. He didn't hand me the recipe before he walked off.I grabbed it off... the machine. It said something about a chocolate something ice something .70¢. So, I asked him about it. He said it would bethe same for just the iced coffee I got. I went to the website. As I ate. The coffee was not good at all and he put it in a softdrink cup. The fries needed the oil changed. The burger was ok. The nugget are the only descent thing. And I don't usually liketheir nuggets.
