Some time ago I was driving on Belgrade Ave and saw the Rustica sign. Yearning for a slice of Pizza, I stopped in, and was... happily very surprised. Usually Boston Pizza (I'm from NYC) has a yeasty dough, pallid and flavorless sauce and plastic cheese.Not at Rustica! The pizza is made with real NYC dough (crunchy outside with chewy inside; real olive oil; real mozzarellacheese. The slices are big (the large can feed 4) and the xlarge is huge - perfect for a party. In fact, I ordered 10 pies for aNYE party and all my guests were impressed.
