The WORST Burger King in all of Texas. Never get an order right. Often items missing. Did you ask for no cheese? You get... double cheese! The food is NASTY. BK needs to revoke this franchise. I got here at 11pm and an older lady and younger lady didn't attend us. Just kept walking by laughing. Burger king value your... hours that you say your open. Sad that I will have to go to another city to get service. Read more
We stopped by late at night on our way to Surfside, and the staff were super friendly. My wife wanted an ice cream, but they had... just shut the machine down to clean it. Well not only did they turn it back on to freeze, but they gave my wife the ice creamfree. That was super awesome, and such a kind gesture. Was happy to hear that a new fast food establishment was being built in Rosharon, do to the fact that there is nothing near here... to grab a quick bite to eat. But after going to this brand new establishment come to find out it is the worst. Being that it wasmy second time ever eating at a burger king, for starters the marquee didn't work, the employee taking orders was not competentenough to help me with the menu. Finally ordered and after repeating order 3 times still end up with the wrong order plus due tothe long wait food was cold. Along with everything else supposedly the ice cream machine has been broken for at least a monthnow. For being such a new establishment it is the worst. So I rather travel the 30 to 35 minutes to jack n the box or sonicrather than going anywhere near this burger king ever again. Now I know why in my 50 years of existence I've never eaten atburger king! Read more
November the 9th at 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday I stopped at this Burger King on my way home cuz I was hungry and the crew here was... very friendly. They made the food just the way I ordered it, can't ask for more than that. Big shout out to Raphael, Marco,Victor andJennifer. Read more
