The quality of food at Sana is superb. I highly recommend the goat meat tibs. The clear favorite with the family with tender... goat meat. So i got the doro wat dish on monday. The dish it self tasted very good but there was like 90% stew 5%egg 5%chicken. It was alot... not my issue the issue was immediately after i ate the food my throat started to become very irritated and for the last two daysthe lest side of my throat is inflammed and i can barely eat anything. Im not sure if the spices did it for me but i usually eatspicy food. The food was presented like a champ! The server, was so nice, thoughtful, and professional. I love the Tilapia, and the tender... wings! The chair was so comfy which made me feel like wanting to stay for the night and sleep lol. Read more

This was one of the prettiest lunches I've had in a long time. We got the veggie combo, beef tibs and then jebena coffee for... after the meal. The injera used to scoop our entrees to eat was so amazing. The coffee was served alongside a fragrant incense.Service was amazing! Such a great first experience! I definitely plan to come again. First time having Ethiopian food and the beef tips were fantastic! I was full and kept eating anyways because the spices were so... good. I did however go inside because the sign has a picture advertising a Philly cheese steak that looked really good and itwasn't actually on their menu. Excellent authentic cuisine! Really impressed with the menu and complex flavors from each dish! We shared the Vegetarian/Meat... option for two and chose the Ketfo and Beef Stew as well as Vegetarian sides - all delicious with a touch of spice.
