Reviews for Sabrina's Cafe & Deli in St Paul, MN
Food was solid and service speed was ok. The chicken chapati was delicious, if messy, and the fries were lightly seasoned, but... still solid. Drink selection is pretty small. No restroom and you'll have to ask for the WiFi password. Dining area is small, but neat and clean. Read more
The chapati wraps are fantastic! They are packed with flavor and there are 5 different types to choose from (fish, gyro, beef,... chicken, and egg). I also ordered gyro meat with soft pita bread and the chicken over rice platter. Those were also enjoyable.Everything is made to order and it comes out so quickly too! The family enjoyed all of the items. We will return to Sabrina?sCafe again! Read more
This place is an incredible hidden gem! I looked at it, and it's Eastern African. I thought I'd try, and yum! Think Greek food... but a little spicy sauce instead of Tzatziki (Greek cream sauce). Everything is very fresh and service is friendly! The shopisn't much to look at, but I had the chicken chapati. It was delicious, and service was fast. The true, local, hole-in-the-wallrestaurant for which everyone is searching! They also have desserts and lattes. Try it once, and you'll be back, just like me! Read more
Tried this after a review in the star tribune. Wow! We had the beef wraps and latte. Coffee was perfect. The chapati wrap was... incredible. It could probably serve two but you are definitely going to want a whole one for yourself. Read more
Chicken chapati wrap was delicious! The chicken was really juicy and seasoned well, and I loved the surprise addition of... carmelized onions. And the chapati itself- omg! So so so good. My new go-to spot for a quick lunch out! Thank you staff andchefs ?? Read more
My wife is pregnant and not fasting this ramadan, and she had a sudden craving for gyro. We stopped in and the staff was very... friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the staff (including the owner) were very personable. All of the food was madefresh to order, and my wife loved it. Unfortunately I couldn't eat! But I decided to get some sambuus to have later on in theday. I kid you not, they were the best sambuus I've ever had. Even warmed up after being refrigerated for a good 5 or 6 hours, they were flaky and crispy. The filling was nice and spiced, and there was a good ratio of onion to meat. This will definitelybe a new regular spot for us. Read more
Excellent, authentic food at an excellent price. If you want a taste of multicultural food while supporting small businesses,... definitely go for Sabrina?s. They catered a large dinner party and maintained their excellent quality and flavor. The samosasare a must-have, the chicken was well-seasoned - nothing but good to say! Read more
Great food. One of the best sambusa but the meat seems to be American meat. U can taste the difference between the two
