The store itself firstly is overpriced but along with this although the workers are very friendly and have quite a hard working... dedication. This can not oversight the monstrosity that an under staffed working place has caused. Someone HAS to give Jon a raise or I hope he is getting paid generously, because this man kept his kitchen staff calm,... motivated, focused and the communication he had with his team went above and beyond not to mention the smile he had on the wholetime and his communication with the costumers, and it was busy, and i mean BUSY! Also his team was great never did I hear acomplain from them and I've been to restaurants where you hear the real hell in the kitchen all the way to the dining area. Read more
Food was about what you expect. $15/person for lunch is too high, especially with the level of service. The woman running the... register forgot to give me a cup for my drink, and then my order came out missing items, so I had to go back a second time. They need a better way to manage the line at the register, because everyone in the seating area had to cut though the line toget to the order pickup and drinks, meaning you were constantly being jostled. I love Panera?s broccoli and cheddar soup.So I kee pcoming back for that.However they do have lot of other options to choose... from like pizzas .The service was quick also was not very crowded.The soup is delicious. Read more
service was fine, such as it is anymore -- you don't really interact with anyone most of the time. speed of service was fine,... my food was ready reasonably quickly. quality of food was as good as ever. quantity, though, oof. i assume they're strugglingwith the same supply chain and inflation issues we all are, but it kind of stands out when your napa chicken salad sandwich hasabout as much chicken salad as does an oreo cookie. at least the sandwich bread and baguette were delicious.
