The store itself firstly is overpriced but along with this although the workers are very friendly and have quite a hard working... dedication. This can not oversight the monstrosity that an under staffed working place has caused. Someone HAS to give Jon a raise or I hope he is getting paid generously, because this man kept his kitchen staff calm,... motivated, focused and the communication he had with his team went above and beyond not to mention the smile he had on the wholetime and his communication with the costumers, and it was busy, and i mean BUSY! Food was about what you expect. $15/person for lunch is too high, especially with the level of service. The woman running the... register forgot to give me a cup for my drink, and then my order came out missing items, so I had to go back a second time. They need a better way to manage the line at the register, because everyone in the seating area had to cut though the line toget to the order pickup and drinks, meaning you were constantly being jostled.
