Ordered through Gru Hub. They didn't put any of the condiments or my fries in with my order. Grub hub refunded me $4. I... don't want $4, I want fries and honey mustard. Got two double cheeseburgers with only ketchup pretty late at night. The person taking the order nailed it with perfect accuracy... on the first try without needing me to re-clarify my order, which is always a pleasant surprise, and the food came out lightingfast, which was another nice surprise, given the fact they were minutes from closing for the night. All in all, left me wishingMcD's allowed employees to take tips. Read more
Ordered a double quarter pounder meal, big Mac meal and a 4 piece nugget with honey mustard and got everything but the 4... piece.... Including the honey mustard. Tried to call only to find their line was off the hook. So they ignore customer calls. Read more
Terrible service. I had a pick up for Uber Eats and on the note they had for their store was to ring a door bell. Had me wait... for 10 minutes before they said to go through the drive thru. Absolutely terrible. Why would you have a driver pick up and waitfor the pick up that long. Please if you are a Driver don't pick up here. Read more
Have never written a review for fast food in my entire life but seriously this McDonald's is wonderful! The few times I've been... everyone is extremely kind and goes the extra mile. My boyfriend and I used the walk up window at one point and we weregenuinely in shock how nice they are as in this day in age customer service is lacking. We tried ordering at 11:45. They stated they were close. I had to state that they didn?t close until 12:00. When they finally... decide to take my order they didn?t sell me a spicy chicken sandwich because they said it takes too to cook. Once I received myorder the fries were soggy. The meat on the burger was dry. Bad service and food quality over all. Read more
