I understand it's hard to get wait staff down. I would prefer that they just put a sign up saying that they cannot take us. This... cafe is serviced where you order at the counter. It took us 45 minutes to get one breakfast that we shared (we wanted to add aside but there was only one person in the kitchen so we couldn't add an additional upgrade side)... Although I love the originalflavors and the high quality ingredients. It bothered me that several college students had an entire table to themselves whilethey played on their computer. Not Starbucks... As we sat at a dirty table waiting for someone to clean it. I had to requestthat I get my table wiped and they came with a very dirty washcloth that smelt so bad that it took 5 minutes for the stinkyresidue on the table to eventually dissipate back into the air. I'm sure a sudsy washcloth can help do the trick. Please someonehelp this restaurant be more organized and able to serve the people that come in the door or just tell them they can't for thebest customer service experience. My hot chocolate was also not served as the full cup and was not served to me hot. There'sjust too many things here that we could get right but didn't. ???? Read more

The Finnish Bistro is a cute little cafe with a surprisingly large and inclusive menu, filled with food options for all... different dietary needs (including extensive vegetarian options). The food I had, the Famous Walnut Burger, was delectable andunique, a great texture and rich flavor with plenty of crunch and zest. The drinks are superb as well; I was pleasantlysurprised at the earthiness of the matcha (they are often far too sweet for my pallette). We came during an open mic night, which was a refreshing treat. Cute cafe, love the aesthetic. It?s nice that they have indoor and outdoor seating. I would come back for the coffee and... pastries, but maybe not for lunch- the food was just okay. There were almost too many options on the menu! I wish they had afew, really good dishes instead of a lot of okay dishes. I ordered the beat and bacon salad. I wish it was on more rich greenslike spring mix or spinach and with more veggies and topping like nuts or seeds. For the price, it was just not worth it for me! Read more

We had a large group early and it was fairly busy. Ordering is in one place and then food is delivered. I was really impressed... with the variety and the fact that they serve reindeer sausage! Of couse I had to get the house breakfast to try it and it wasdelicious! I also had a hot chai and it was just what I needed! Others at my table got this wonderful shareable meat/lox spreadthat looked delicious! Great spot! Read more

Beautiful little sit down for breakfast!Me and my family enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was excellent and served very quickly.... The french toast was more than amazing, lots of berries and flavor all around it. There was a big line when we found our tablebut im sure it was for coffee and the bakery. The line is used for ordering your sit down food, coffee or the bakery. You willhave to find your own table. They do, however, bring the food to you. I recommend for those who have a party to have one personclaim a table and the other stand in line if it gets full. Check it out, you wont be disappointed! Read more
