It would be nice if they didn't run out of my favorite donuts(3 different kinds) almost every time I go there, I know you're... trying to control waste, but you should focus a little on customer service. It's not good service to always be out of stuff, like 5 times in a row, at 1- 3 in the afternoon. You're open for several more hours, you can't get more out or something? Read more
Inconsistent service last few years. Have avoided half year and tried again couple times. Very close to work, is only reason... kept going. Of 3 chains(Caribou &Starbucks) this is definitely worst coffee. Also, this store often leaves lots of grounds incoffee??? Today hopefully will break me of coming back 4 good. App order froze and ended up ordering twice(med. coffee and 1plain bagel) At store told can't refund app purchase(understandable) Asked manager if could come in tomorrow for free med.coffee and bagel. The donuts are so greasy. The coffee was low quality and had too much pumps of syrup. We've tried it twice and it's not great.
1 star for not enforcing the no smoking at or within 25 feet of the store policy/ sign that is posted. Employee was smoking at... the tables where people are suppose to EAT! I was gonna buy donuts for breakfast but after smelling that nasty smoke I was nolonger hungry, disgusting a employee is allowed to behave that way Read more
