Ordered two pizza's. Tracked progress. Silas started a quality check at 9:17 pm - - It is now 10:10 pm and Silas is still... quality checking the pizzas. Silas NEEDS to get his EYES CHECKED so he can see the pizzas. Damm pizza better not be cold, butany later I can have it ( cold) for breakfast in the morning. Read more
No issues on my recent order (summer, 2022). Have gone here for years for occasional quick pizza. If the suggested wait time is... over 25 minutes, it's risky to order, it means they're backed up and could lose your order, delay it, mismake it, etc. Eitherwait it out or skip. Definitely order online, it's easier, more accurate and leaves the employees alone. Recommended tip: getthe $5.99 x 2 pizza deal, you can customize each side of the pizza separately, so you end up virtually with 4 toppings. Read more
Made an online order at 6:46. Tracker was stuck on "Prep" forever. Tried to get in contact with the store for an hour and a half... before getting through. Apparently the store is extremely understaffed and canceled my order without telling me. Can't getDomino's delivered from any other store due to the way their policy is set up. This store needs to seriously reconsider whatcircumstances are causing their employees to leave and get them addressed immediately. This isn't the first time this hashappened and I can't imagine it'll be the last. Monday night is the least busy night of the week for most restaurants, and Icould hear the phones ringing off the hook when I finally got through and told that they were over an hour behind. Just acompletely unbelievable and disappointing experience, and I will likely also be going to customer support to share theseconcerns. Read more
