Unfortunate that I have to rate a great chain like culvers so low. When I went to order food, I wasn't able to pay due to their... system being down. Instead of trying to make a compromise, it was a "sorry, can't do anything. It says to call your bank." Towhich I did and they confirmed it was on the merchant's side and nothing wrong with my card or account. Yet after 40 minutes oftrying to pay with 3 different cards, they didn't want to do any sort of customer service of hospitality. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger actually had to call the store to see what was happening because three people behind... me in line got their food first. When I called the Lady said when people order stuff off the menu that are easier to preparethey get their food first so I guess the cheeseburger is considered not easy.
