I am here every morning as my normal routine and it?s something I like to treat myself to. I always tip and always try to be... nice to staff. Today they made my drink wrong. I noticed before they handed it to me because the whole top of my drink was stillclear with only sparkling water. (I used to work at caribou and know what the drink was supposed to look like and knew I wasn?tgetting my drink that?s worth 6 dollars.) I asked if they could add some more syrup before even taking it and the barista gaveme a condescending answer so I asked as nicely as possible again. Following that they just stirred my drink and handed me back asignificantly empty cup. This made me feel absolutely horrible. I visit every single day and feel I have the ability to nicelyask for them to remake something they obviously messed up on. Read more
Most interesting caribou I?ve been to in a while. Lots of plants with tan-ish booths and tons of little tables .it?s got this... California vibe going on,maybe because it?s so close to Rosedale mall. Service is excellent. Drinks were called off to patronsby name and I asked for a hot water and it wasn?t an issue. Read more
Coffee drinks are not prepared correctly there was absolutely no flavor or sweetness for a regular menu drink with no... additional changes. This has never happened to be at caribou before. When they forgot something in my bag i was waving throughthe closed window and they just waved back at me saying bye then eventually opened the door to ask what I needed. Went through the drive through. They didn?t give me half my order (two toasted bagels) Noticed when I was already gone, went... back through the drive they again. Only to get two non toasted bagels. Not sliced. No knife for spreading the cream cheese I hadto ask for on the 2nd time through. Most incompetent Caribou I?ve ever been to. Read more
I normally go to this location since it's convenient for me and the staff is nice. Last Saturday my husband and I were feeling... sluggish and decided to stop by and it was 2X the points. They didn't quite train the cashier as she didn't ask for my numberfor perks, didn't discount our to-go cups and overall wasn't thrilled to be facing customers. Read more
