I was driving through order tonight about 10 pm, I was harrassed by one the cashier and one of the worker inside, first he took... my debit card and kept it for ten minute, without returning to me, I asked for my card back, and he told me to not get smartwith him, he told me to just drive off, because they didn't need the customer, which I just kept silent because I already paidfor my order, and then they give me only one of my coke, and I asked for the other one that I I have paid for, that's when thisyounger worker came and harrassed me and played with my drive acting like he was going to dumped my drink on the floor, and theother workers were there but said nothing, so I threatened to car the police, and they stopped. I just feel that the ace canused more professional workers, or else you will lose good honest customers like us. Read more
I have never been one to publicly announce any issues relating to my meal but receiving a cold burger is 1 thing & biting into a... 1/2 burnt patty is another. I don't seem to understand why my order took so long if it was simply going to be Cold & 1/2 burnt.My experience this evening was not an enjoyable one maybe if those kids would get off there DAM! phone and stop fulling aroundthey could have provided my GF and I with actual customer service. What a joke. Downloaded the app and was offered a free whopper for being a ?new register? The MANAGER does not know how to work... the app and could not assist in redeeming the offer. Her response was ?I don?t pay for food? so I ended up paying close to $13when I only anticipated to pay about $5. On top of that the drive through took so long about 8 minutes AT THE WINDOW. Keep thefree whopper don?t want the app anymore if not even the manager can help redeem items. Waste of space that location is. And theapp is useless. Read more
I ordered the family bundle and added cheese with no onions to all whoppers. Also added 16 pieces of nuggets and a large fries.... There are no nuggets and whoppers still have onions and no cheese! WTH. Paid $27.77 for everything. Poor service! Read more
Worst waiting ever. We waited 30 mins on the drive thru lane and the line is not moving at all. Got out of the line and tried... going to order inside of the store and they locked the doors and had a sign that says drive thru only. Read more
