Food was not hot, fried tasted like paper and were underdone, and service was pretty slow. The dining room was closed, so we... couldn?t go back in and get it fixed/replaced and the drive through was slow and getting full. It reminds me of why I tend toavoid Burger King. Need to be shut down!!! Horrible customer service, no hand washing , hair nets or gloves being worn! For starters when I first... pulled up the gentleman taking orders was outside smoking and proceeded to take my order while walking in the building, didn?twash hands but made my drinks! I ordered 2 whopper meals. One plain, the other with cheese and bacon(charged $3 for bacon) orderwas rung in correctly, packaged correctly however I received 2 sandwiches made the exact same way?.plain(no cheese or bacon)!After driving all the way back(15min) and asking for my money back I was told why didn?t I look at my food before I left(whywasn?t it made right?) it?s understandable if they were busy, or even short staff but when your so slow you have time for smokebreaks and you have 6 people working there is NO excuse to not have the order correct. So not only did I waste my gas, time, buthad to deal with rude customer service that basically blamed me for not CHECKING MY ORDER BEFORE PULLING OFF! You get paid toget customer order correct!!!! Went in and ordered all was fine. Went for a soda at dispenser. Filled cup no lids. Went to sit down table tops were covered... with cleaning water from employee who had wiped them down , but did not dry them. We wiped dry with napkins. Went for ketchup,dispenser was empty. Employees said we will give you some packets . There was wet ketchup all over the packets. Not impressed. Read more
Their road was in need of repairs and the one way road that no one follows is a point off since the sign was so hard to follow... especially with a railroad just pass it. Food was fresh and well made. I noticed a van that hit the roof of the drive thru areatoo. Food was good here though. Read more
At least they're consistent. Burger King always messes their food up, this location is no different. Ordered a grilled chicken... sandwich that had more mayonnaise on it than chicken. The bun was covered inside and out with mayo. The chicken wouldn't evenstay 8n the bun without slipping out. Fries were cold too. All this after waiting forever in the drive thru line. Read more
