Awesome service beautiful food atmosphere you couldn't ask for a more calming place to eat in this area
This was one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been too. We went at 4:00 with only 2 other tables of people in the... restaurant. We had a table of 4 people and waited 10 minutes to be served and our drink order was messed up right away. Then weordered our food and my husbands wings came out cold, my food came out 15 minutes every everyone else and I just had the streettacos. I am not a fan of fries so I enjoy the chips and salsa that come as my side. My food that finally came out had fries andno chips. My daughter-in-law ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and her wrap was loaded with tomatoes. She also received friesinstead of chips. Our server never came back to ask if we needed a refill. I had to go up and get our own napkins and had to askfor silverware. That is the last time we will be going to that location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Read more

This location always fail to give me what I ask for when ordering takeout especially the sauce! On June 10, 2022, me, my husband... and infant (with a car seat) dine in and they had the left side of the dine in seating closed so only the right side along withbar area was opened. The hostess saw that my husband was carrying the car seat and said ?we only have high chairs available?when they had an empty booth that was not cleaned up yet along with a table becoming available. She just stood there and lookedat us and did not offer anything else. I then went on and said we?ll wait for the table to be cleaned up. Table was finallycleaned up and we were seated. We waited 10+ minutes with no help or even water. A group came after us and were seated at thebooth to which a waiter tend to them first. Finally the hostess came and asked if we?ve been helped and I told her no so shesent a waiter to our table shortly. The waiter was not attentive at all, our food portion were small and not like other portionsI?ve had in the past. A basket of fries were literally a small bowl and my husbands salad was more like a side salad that wasnot worth the $11 bucks. This is my last time going to and ordering from this location. Buffalo wild wings is one of my favourite places to go for wings and the food is consistently good for years. I love the thai... curry wings, along with lemon pepper, spicy garlic & buffalo dry wings. Potato wedges weren't bad either. I wonder why theystopped serving veggies ie. Carrots & cucumbers alongwith, probably covid related cutbacks. However, it pains me to take a staroff the rating even though the service actually warranted more stars to be deducted. The main guy in charge of seating us wantedto us to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff to clean several empty tables, which he reluctantly did and then used thesame piece of cloth to clean the menus. Wow, sanitization, hygiene! The waits to get the server were long and hard to catch herattention although she was nice and courteous at all times, just over worked. The floor was wet throughout our stay there.Overall, it seemed they were under staffed or under trained, either of which hampered my overall experience of what is one of myfavourite places to eat. Gone downhill. Last two times I got wings for takeout in the past two weeks the wings were dry with almost no sauce. Both orders... were hard and tasted only like breading and sodium. Check your orders before you leave even though that's their job. Read more
This place is one of the worst Bdubs I?ve ever ordered from. I ordered from Uber Eats because I have covid. Jan 7, 2022. The... chicken delivered was of poor quality; barely any sauce and pieces of chicken as small as quarters?.I personally drove to therestaurant to have my food remade. Get home and now my 20 wing order is 16 wings?..this is joke. Call them again about theirmess up again and the manager Jordan can only offer me the missing wings and/or a $5 gift certificate?.what a waste of time andeffort. Read more
We hadn't been to BWW in a long time since our last few experiences weren't good, but we like the Parmesan Garlic sauce so we... thought we'd give it another shot. Unfortunately this was another bad experience. They didn't have kids menus that kids coulddraw on while they wait for food, our drinks tasted weird like they hadn't cleaned the soda lines or maybe the water they usedhad a weird taste, the majority of our food took 30 minutes to come out but my meal didn't come out until we had been there for40 minutes even though the whole restaurant had 3 tables of customers, the server didn't give us a heads up that the food wastaking a while or acknowledge at any point that it was taking a super long time, and the restaurant was super drafty and coldevery time the takeout door was open. I used to go to B-dubs all the time when I was a teenager and in college, but my husbandand I have had bad experiences at multiple locations now so it must be an issue with the company culture/structure.
