Stopped in for a soda and had the worst customer experience. Very-very unfriendly cashier staff working there inside the... restaurant. In comparison to another White Castle we visited earlier in the day where they were so nice. We won't be back. Read more
The slowest service I ever had. I will never come to this location again. The cashier for the drive-thru was unpleasant and not... welcoming at all. Couldn't add on a fry at the window, couldn't make the #1 combo with the veggie nor the impossible sliders????, the boxes my sliders came in were as if they just threw the food in it because the boxes weren't closed up at all!!Luckily my sandwiches didn't fall out, but almost did ???? not a pleasant experience here. Seek elsewhere to go. They're alwaysslow at this location anyway, so I can do without the poor food management and attitudes. Read more
Im not sure why i continue to go to this particular white castle. My orders never seem to be correct. I know it's impossible to... find good workers that have an I.Q above 25. I just want to know why are they ALWAYS extremely slow at this establishment? When you finally get to the menu board to order... you still have to wait additional minutes before they offer to take your order and then in the middle of ordering they bluntlysay “ Hold On” like is it the employees, management or both??? No urgency to keep the line moving and cleared out. So if youdon’t have TIME to wait a lengthy amount, then don’t come here. Take some pride in your job and do better. Read more
I'm am beyond disappointed. I just went to white castle excited about the 1921 burger only to get home to a piece tomato the... size of penny and a soggy piece of lettuce. Not to mention my fries were so underdone, raw, they were literally still cold onthe inside. I have posted pictures of how terrible it was. Read more
I haven't been to this Castle in a couple years and let me tell you– wasn't missing out. Waited over 30m for food that nobody... would touch ($40 wasted) because it had a funny taste and they didn't even put ketchup/mustard on the burgers. Fryer oil isdisgusting, everything is dark and old tasting. Sheeeeeeesh. Read more
