I placed an order for pick up on DoorDash at 6:50 PM (to be done by 7:30) after an hour of waiting (8:30) I was told that my... food was picked up by a DoorDash driver (mind you, food was "completed" during my wait). why would y'all give my food to adriver if i had been standing there, for as long as i was, waiting? absolutely ridiculous. The slowest service I ever had. I will never come to this location again. The cashier for the drive-thru was unpleasant and not... welcoming at all. Couldn't add on a fry at the window, couldn't make the #1 combo with the veggie nor the impossible sliders????, the boxes my sliders came in were as if they just threw the food in it because the boxes weren't closed up at all!!Luckily my sandwiches didn't fall out, but almost did ???? not a pleasant experience here. I haven't been to this Castle in a couple years and let me tell you– wasn't missing out. Waited over 30m for food that nobody... would touch ($40 wasted) because it had a funny taste and they didn't even put ketchup/mustard on the burgers.
