The staff is friendly, but the smoothies were not good. We got 2 sunrise sunset smoothies, which we always get at another... location. It tasted like they used unripe mangoes or something. I couldn't get over how much it tasted like it was the peel fromthe fruit and not the fruit itself. There was no sweetness to it. This is the second time. This location Sucks! All I had was a $50 I bought $37 worth of food and drinks & they refused to take my 50. They asked me to go... next door to get change. Jersey Mike's refused to break my $50. I went to location at 12 & Harper they had my order ready &happily took my $50. Also Harper location had away bigger tip jar that was full. Quite opposite of Gratiot location for obviousreasons. Staff isn't too friendly and seem annoyed when a customer comes in because they actually have to get up and dosomething. Not going back to Gratiot location ever again Read more

Some of the ladies there are nice. However the manager Caleb is VERY unprofessional and rude. They messed up my smoothie pretty... bad.. normally I would just ignore it but it was so bad and unblended I couldn't even drink it. Then when I went in to explainthat it wasn't blended he was very rude and didn't offer to help the situation at all.. another time I asked for probiotics inmy kid smoothie and the woman told me no even though I have got it so many other times...there's also garbage alllllll over theparking lot. Some of the girls are nice and make things good but these other experiences have made me hesitant to go here again. Read more
