I ordered everything bagel, double toasted w/Cream Cheese.. I got to work it was not toasted at all and like no cream cheese,... you could clearly see the bread underneath. I was told to bring the bagel back . It was Friday so my next work day Monday Ibrought it back after it sitting in my car all weekend.. I go back ordered my coffee and requested my replacement order? Thelady with the pink hair ?supposed manager ? was extremely rude saying that I had to have receipt after telling me just to bringit back .. Then I said forget it . I just want my coffee.. Then she insulted me saying ooo you are going to have to pay for it?. Like I?m clearly aware of that especially after the big deal she made about the bagel.. This is not the first time my orderwas messed up at this location!! By far the worst location in Macomb County. I will never be back .. they should shut thislocation down or get new management!!! Frequent customer of various Tim Hortons locations for many years. Coming here during the early bird hours for a few months, and... things have been more and more inconsistent at this location lately. Chronic random open times posted on drive thru signs,sudden closures due to short staff, etc. are some logistics examples. A couple times I've visited, the lights are on in thebuilding, the "Open" sign is on, the drive thru menu is on, but nobody is home. Not even a parked car. It's 545, and per theirhours, they open at 530. Another is, well, the coffee. I have the same standard coffee I have always ordered for a long timethat includes the same amount of cream/sugar, and at this location, the flavor changes every time. Sometimes the coffee is burnttasting, sometimes there wasn't any cream, sometimes there's coffee grounds floating all over, sometimes there was nocream/sugar at all. (And a couple occasions, the cup is less than half full.) Not sure if the openers need a refresher on themeasures for the coffee/toppings or something. I'm going to take my business elsewhere, down the street, where things are muchmore consistent, like their opening hours. There, every time my order is made, it tastes exactly what it should be, as manyother locations have done. The coffee is also 20 cents cheaper. Read more
1st they forgot my donuts, I had to send my daughter walking back to the window. Second I had two sausage egg McMuffin when I... ordered bacon egg McMuffins. I called because I was heading to my kids school. The only thing that I was offered by the younglady was to return the sandwiches but I told her my kids will be late for school but, she didn't care. I didn't receive any typeof compensation for this mistake. Read more
This is the worst location in the area. They always get my order wrong. They try telling me its right but I get the same thing... every day. Thus last time it was the wrong size and the girl at the window insisted it was right. But she "remade" it by dumpingit into the right size cup and just adding more milk. I know this because I saw her do it. There was no way I was going to askher to remake it. With her attitude I would be afraid to drink it. Read more

Well I ordered 2 sausage biscuits they came as egg cheese and sausage biscuits. OK fine it happens went in they made 2 new... ones. Pulled up at the drive thru and the employee on the speaker was SO rude. Ordered a coffee with caramel and chocolate and it... didn't come up on the screen with the added syrups. So when we told her we wanted that in the coffee and she snapped back with"I KNOW IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?!" I told my husband to just pull away and went to one a mile down the road. Customer service wassooo much better. I mean nobody likes to be at work on a Sunday I'm sure, but it's literally part of your job to provide goodcustomer service.
