Normally no issue; Today window attendee refused my AMEX (other locations take it), So I gave her a $20 and asked that she put... the balance on a new TH card; Baffled her. Manager came over, and let me know they couldn't do that, and started explaining .. . I gave her a $5 for my $4 order, so she gave me change for the $5 then put $20 on the card. She then chastised the employeefor allowing a 'change at the window' . . . I didn't get it!?? She shouldn't have berated employee in front of Customer . . . So I drove away; Coffee was good as always . . . Boston creme was definitely stale with almost no cream. Very bad way tostart my day; Probably the same for that employee! I'll avoid this location. Didnt care for breakfast items. Taste old. Had bad stomach ache afterwards. Like coffee, but there's was exceptionally strong.... Most likely would not return at this location. Read more

Whoever has been running the drive thru the last few mornings is very rude. Not only do they say nothing after your order and... you can?t see it on the screen to know if they rang you up correctly, they yelled to me to pull up after I asked if they got myorder and when I pulled up to the window a woman yelled common sense at me in the drive thru. The attitude has been terrible fora long time. I?m just over it these last couple days. This location is across from my house so it?s convenient but it?s to thepoint where i will start going out of my way for another location.get these women together! Read more

Line was long but moved pretty quickly. Oreo iced CAPP was on point and price was competitive.
Good coffee but just okay donuts. If you expect fresh bakery style donuts this is not the place. Support your local bakery for... all your donut needs and stick to coffee when at Tim Hortons Read more
Terrible service 3 times in a row, overcharged, dry old hash browns, rude snappy African American girl on drive thru, refused to... give me both drinks I ordered, claimed order was correct.
