So disappointing that this location has gone down so drastically in the last several months. I was there 11/18/22 with a mobile... order. I was told the drive thru was closed, so I had to come in...slightly annoying with 2 young kids. I went into therestaurant at 550pm, and was checked in and by 620pm was getting frustrated. I asked for them to cancel my order by this pointand the "manager " told me I have to cancel it on the app. Which isn't true once they accept the order. By 625pm the drive thruwas miraculously back open, with cars flowing, and I was told there are still 3 orders ahead of me. At this point I left,without anything. The store still put my order through as picked up...and I was charged. I will never be going back to thislocation. Super disappointing. Read more

Last few times I've gone all the employees move slow, act like they hate their job and sometimes drive through is open sometimes... it's carry out only, tonight it was sit in line for 15 minutes and watch 3 cars drive away before I did. Every fast food chainis like this now too so for a cheaper and faster option just drive to Kroger and buy a TV dinner and microwave it, it will tasteno better or worse and still be faster and cheaper too! I give one star as food was at least adequate. Management needs to shut down online ordering. Quite simply it does not work for... this location. We sat in drive thru line for at least 20 to 30 min to be told to pull ahead as they had our online order. Weget to window and are asked to come inside as they have to remake our order. We come in and are told someone stole our orderand attempted to blame us. They got our name confused with another order (similar names, spelled different) and wanted us totake another that wasn't ours. I don't know if under staffed as there was quite a few employees but no one seemed to be incharge. They were angry that we wanted our order remade. Verbally arguing with each other. Why we didn't just demand a refundand leave is on us. It won't happen again. Spending well over an hour for fast food is just plain ridiculous. It's not thatgood. And, it wasn't that busy. Save your time and use the drive through. Mobile app is a waste of time. When I went to pick up at the counter the 8 workers in... the back all ignored me for quite some time... after they finally acknowledged i was standing there they hadn't even started myorder. (There was zero people in the lobby besides my self) I am pretty sure they were deliberately ignoring me at thecounter because they thought I was trying to place an order at the register instead of using the self order kiosk. I went here on a Sunday evening and the guy at the drive thru gave me a lot of weird looks for some reason. It made me... uncomfortable and made me wonder if they did something to my food so I didn't bother eating it. I ended up going somewhere else. Read more

Kiosks. No human cashiers = Two star deduction. It is inexcusable to force customers to use these horrible machines. I ended... up ordering incorrectly, but the crew was kind to remade the food. Food was great. Employees great. The kiosk experiencewas...a reason to start eating elsewhere. Read more

My order only consisted of 5 chalupa supremes. When I get the food home I can tell just from looking at them the chalupa wrap... itself is very under-cooked and soggy. For some reason they put the diced tomatoes for all 5 chalupas in a container and not onthem which I didn't ask for, and to top it all off, not one of them had sour cream for which I paid. The person that took myorder seemed very annoyed that I was there inconveniently wanting her to do her job by placing my order for 5 simple identicalitems. I just want to receive what I pay for. We all work hard for our money and I don't think that's too much to ask. Verydisappointing and sadly this kind of experience is getting to be the norm and not the exception. Read more

This is absolutely the best Taco Bell I have been to in MI! I have been to two others locally in the past couple months and this... one, hands down, was 100x better than both of them. There was no line at the drive-thru, I gave them my order and they got itcorrect on the menu the first try. I pulled around, gave them my money and they handed me my food. I was in and out of there inless than 5 minutes and my order was 100% correct! I was dumbfounded because I have not had that good of service at any fastfood restaurant in the Metro Detroit area ever!
