My friend Laura and I had to sit at Taco Bell for two and a half hours while her tires were being replaced. We are in our... forties so the music was awesome, the manager went up and beyond to make sure that we were good and she had one of the bestpersonalities I have ever seen. Then the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. The store is very clean and I found outthat Mexican pizzas are back so I'm very very happy ???? keep up the good work Read more

This was good for "fast food." I found that the service was a bit slow inside, not sure if they are understaffed or training new... people. Also, it was difficult to find a table that was clean. Otherwise, the food was good, bathrooms were clean and besidesthe tables needing wiping, the rest of the place was clean. Read more

As always, a terrible experience. 6:45 PM on a Sunday, and they say they are only handling DoorDash orders. What a joke. I?m... amazed that this franchisee still has this place open. I always try to avoid coming here even though it?s right down the streetfrom my house. I literately go out of my way not to go to this Taco Bell. Yet again ordered 2 steak soft tacos and I receive chicken soft tacos. Ask for sour cream on the side of my nacos yet it's all... over my nacos with a side of it in the bag. Last couple times order wrong thought I'd give them a 3rd chance. Done with tryingto give you my business. If your employees can't even read the receipt or at least double check the order before you hand it outfor drive threw. Sick of getting back to work to find out I didn't even get what I wanted. Service is awful. Slow, slow slow. Ordered online took 30 minutes to get whatever they wanted to give us. The pictures are of... the same sandwich. Or at least we ordered two steak grilled cheese. Read more

Messed up my order by adding cheese after waiting 15 minute's to order and asking if my order was correct on the screen which it... said no cheese or sour cream. Now i have to drive 4 mile's back to the restaurant and wait in another long line ,then when icalled to see if my food could be brought to the door since the inside is closed because it's after hours the manager hung up onme. Every item that is within price range of not too expensive has been removed from Taco Bell's app and you have to sell for less... while still paying the same price. They removed the my cravings box only to put the classic combo in its place which does nothave nearly as much, and it costs more. They were only three employees at this location, they were completely out of Baja blastwhich is something that you should keep in stock as it is in high demand for everyone. The management in this building was lessthan satisfactory as she was just a slow as her employees. I waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes for a order that cost $23and some change but was made very sloppily. The manager felt like being out in the lobby taking care of paperwork while theywere at their peak business time was a good idea. I would not recommend this Taco Bell on a normal day. Price inflation at TacoBell is ridiculous. A soft taco used to cost less than a dollar and now a soft taco is almost $3. To make anything a supremewhich only means you're adding sour cream is an extra dollar. You'd be better off going to buy some sour cream and putting it onat home! I'm choosing a different location or quite possibly next time making it myself. Read more

I feel for the lady in the back as she was the only one making food. She was a trooper and handled the orders. Food was hot and... filling. She definitely did not short the customer.
