I waited in like for 10 minutes with one person in front they made the sandwich , but then he was not happy about the price. So... he left and the lady went in the back. 8/3/22 girl told me they didn?t have bread for my sub then proceeded to tell me I could get only a 6 inch then proceeded to tell... me she had the bread then said they had no mayo wouldn?t refill the mayo in the squeeze jar then said I could get mayo on theside but not on my sub I simply walked away and left her to deal with her own mess of not doing her job properly it?s not hardto refill condiments and then told the girl ahead of me there were no side cups but then told me I could have a side of mayolazy workers she was more occupied with being on the phone telling someone to meet her at 8 & gratiot. Instead of actually doingher job servicing customers instead not refilling the things she needs to make orders just denying service and items. I would not have even given it a 1 but It would not let me leave a review. One of the worst. Staff does not want to do there... job. Hours are posted for a reason. Had the worst sandwich in all the years of me going to subway. Poor guy was new and by himself but the sandwich just wasn?t... good. Bread was crumbling so bad you would have thought I scraped the black off of burnt toast?.. and it wasn?t toasted!!!!! Read more
I've always loved subway, but there's just too many untamed bugs flying around the open food. They had flies and gnats and not... one person tried to fan them away or stop them from getting in the "out in the open" food. I was disgusted and won't be goingback. ???? Read more
I have visit this location now three times, every time has made me not want to return due to the sure lack of... professionalism. First time, the lady had the location closed 30 minutes early Second time, she was throwing a temper aboutconsistent flow of customers coming in for order. Even going as far as displaying onto the paying customers. Third time, I walkup and only one in line and she throws her hands up in the air as soon as she sees me. At this point I feel very disrespectedas a paying customer. I left store and came to make a formal complaint in hope something is done to rectify this employeesbehavior. I plan not to return until a formal apology or something is done.
