Austin was super, did a great job at handling an influx of orders. He was polite to the customers and really did a great job... taking care of their needs. Came here once and won't return. Ordered corned beef egg rolls, they were not cooked all the way. It was still doughy and middle... was cold. The sub wasn't any better. Just steak and cheese with crumbled banana peppers. Steak was chewy and fatty and Ihonestly don't think it was cooked all the way. Plus it soaked the bun, ugh it was so gross. Plus the service was not great atall. UPDATE: I went there July 10th at 2:11 p.m. Ordered to-go through doordash, have my receipt. My fiance Marcus orderedthrough his account. I want to start by saying that I don't usually make positive reviews. I usually make them to complain. I had an absolutely... horrible day at work and was feeling defeated so I walked around the mall for hours and decided to get some food so I stopped into get some even though my boyfriend said they were quite expensive and maybe not worth the money... I got something even betterthen the sandwich. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and not Like a fake one. This employee whose name I didn'tcatch. (Looked to be a manager or shift manager as he was training the other guys) he very patiently and friendly helped meexplore the menu and choose an order. Now this type of positivity is hard to have a half hour before closing when someone walksin on your freshly mopped floor when your cleaning up to place an order, but yet he treated me very kindly. The gentleman evenexchanged stories and laughter with me while they prepared my food and cleaned out the appliances. I hope they realize thatattitudes like that can just completely change someone's night and I want to thank them for that. It's hard to find decent fastfood workers these days, or honestly any workers anywhere who don't have a negative attitude and who go above and beyond to makeyou feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I was definitely nervous after the amazing service that my food might be bad bcthat's just my luck... but my sandwich was amazing. I got the corn beef and Cole slaw and this thing is delicious. He was alsocorrect about the fact that their rye bread is very delicious. (I dislike rye bread) I'm very pleased with my experience andwill definitely be back. Read more
My husband and I dined in here for the FIRST and LAST TIME! He order the corned beef on rye with cajun fries + pop and corned... beef rolls. I ordered the lefty's cheesesteak + fries and drink. Also tried the strawberry cheesecake. The bill was nearly $45and the food was sloppy and not worth the money. Disappointing. Read more

So I would give more than two stars if every time I ordered their cheese steak burger that I didn't get told that we don't have... any eggs it really don't matter what location I go to this will be time number six and this time I didn't even get told thatthey didn't have eggs I just got handed a sandwich that was supposed to have an egg on it that don't have an egg so much forthat manager telling me he was going to get on the ball I even waited a month and gave you all one more chance and yes I orderedmy sandwich plain but I was never asked about the Egg and I expected the egg to be on there this last time around all the othertimes beforehand I was told y'all didn't have eggs and we're having some supposed Supply issue do I literally have to come upthere with an egg in my hand to hand you to make me my sandwich properly Read more
