They like to give your order to the DoorDask and other delivery services. Can't get online orders correct either. It is best to... be in store to monitor and correct your order as it is made. Read more

I ordered a few ice creams the other day, and was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered 2 love it's online and was told the... order would be ready in about 20 minutes. So I get there a few minutes early, and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes to get myorder. Also, the entire time I waited, the whole online order pick up line was being ignored. But when I finally received myorder, I went out to my car and checked it to make sure everything was there, I saw that I had two like it's and my ice creamswere completely melted, not to mention that my add ins weren't even in the ice cream. I was going to go back inside, but thelocation had already closed by then. The photo is of my order when I got home, which isn't even a 5 minute drive. I will not bereturning. Read more

Update 1 Apr 2022: The store owner reached out to me to apologize for the experience that I had at the Roseville store. She... offered to replace the item that I had received in a smaller container/quantity than I paid for. I texted her yesterday eveningand she got the order ready for me to pick up. I appreciate the owner "making it right." The ice cream, as always, wasdelicious. My original review I ordered and paid online for in-store pickup 1 Gotta Have It size item and 1 Like It size item,as follows: 1 x Cheesecake Fantasy® ***NO BLUEBERRIES PLEASE.Gotta Have It® (1 x $6.59) = $6.59 1 x No Cone or Bowl 1 xGermanchökolätekäke® Like It® (1 x $5.49) = $5.49 1 x Fudge Topping (1 x $0.89) = $0.89 1 x Plain Waffle Bowl (1 x $1.59) =$1.59 SUBTOTAL $14.56 TAX $0.87 TOTAL $15.43 I received 2 Like It size items in the package that I picked up (Photo attached).I called the store and explained that I didn?t get what I paid for. They told me that the order didn't look the same on theirend, so I must have ordered incorrectly, and they couldn't help me. I told them that I didn't get what was on my email receipt,regardless of the way it appeared on their end, and that I would dispute the charge on my credit card. I love my Cold Stone ice cream! It is such a great treat. The store here is great and the customer service was very good.

While I enjoy an occasional ice cream from here, I don?t enjoy paying $7 for a container that isn?t full. There is a reason the... clear tops have a dome on them. My order today 11/26 at 4pm wasn?t even full to the top of the container. Ridiculous! Read more

Last Friday I went to pick up a cake I ordered online and there was a small hiccup in my order. Autumn not only solved my issue... with my order but went over and beyond and compensated me for my trouble. She was kind, professional, and was understanding ofmy issue. If I could give her 10 stars for customer service I would! I hope Cold Stone creamery knows how valuable of anemployee they have in this Roseville, MI location. Was a little busy but the line definitely moved fast. The staff was fast and friendly. They definitely give you what you pay... for. A lot of variety to choose from for mix ins and ice cream flavors and they now have sorbet too! Big portions and I got acaramel apple this time too :) Definitely will be back to this location.
