At 850am, on 9/16/22, i sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes with no communication. I thought they might be closed. So I drive... off, only to see 2 cars waiting food, and a cashier at the window. So I decided to go inside and order. The lady took 4 drivethru orders as I stood there, and so I asked if I can order inside. She told me one moment. I then explained I was in thedrive thru line at the speaker, but nobody said anything. She apologized and kept working at the drive thru window another 2minutes. The guy asked if that would be all. I said yes can you make sure they put ketchup in the bag. It confused him to where I said... never mind. I get my fries and it's half onion rings because they're lazy. almost $11 for a meal I expect better..... There wasfive onion rings I ate two. Read more
Just super slow service at third shift; sat in drive-thru for 35 minutes, 5 at window after paying for just a burger and chicken... fries, also gave no receipt. Employees were nice, but getting to the window, just saw one person working, the rest standingaround; really confused. People were driving out of drive thru angrily. Read more
I don't understand why there's 2 order lanes when the bottleneck isn't ordering, it's waiting for the order to be made. They... still take orders 1 at a time. They take too long (at least 10 minutes) even when I order on the app. I could justify goingthere more often if they were as fast as McDonald's. The place is close to the freeway. Read more
The bacon king is probably the best burger out there. The wait time in the drive thru seems excessive compared to other burger... king restaurants, but overall it is a good place. 5 stars on quality of food and 3 stars for speed. Read more
Usually not a bad place to stop and get a burger and fries. But this time was honestly a waste of time and money! Chicken... nuggets weren?t even edible, mushy and greasy. Burger wasn?t too bad but fries were just as squishy as nuggets and had blackspecks allover them. Couldn?t eat those either! What happen to taking pride on the stuff you do?? Read more
Drive through takes forever and they messed up my order. When you order a bacon themed sandwich you expect there to be bacon on... there. I also didn't get a receipt so I can't just go back with believable evidence. Read more
If I can give zero stars, that would be more accurate. I got in line at 10:55p, there was a car at the window and myself at the... speaker. No one greeted me. I then said hello after 3 mins, no response. I pulled to window & no one was there. Sign & googlesays they close at 2am & there were 3 different cars in the parking lot. It's very rude not to greet a customer or even just sayone moment please! This Burger King is fairly new but shouldn't have been built. Read more
