Very rude customer service. I walked in with my family of color and full of hijabi women and there was a sudden change in... attitude with the worker. Wouldn?t even look us in the eye when speaking and seemed to keep avoiding and dodging us. He keptkeeping his words short and walking away from us. We left very disappointed. Very rude customer service. Many lanes open and worker had his own register but said he?s waiting on his drawer and walked away.... Very grumpy and wouldn?t even look at us when talking. He wouldn?t even try to help us with our Groupon voucher and said?there?s no point of scanning it it?s not gunna work because I know it won?t? Read more

Very upset that the format is changing for Tuesday leagues. "No-tap bowling is often used to help less-skilled bowlers bowl... with more skilled bowlers on a level playing field." This was my first league ever and we took home cash both seasons. Thischange is unnecessary. Unfortunately we're forced to look for other places to take our 4some. I hope this change works out forthe alley, but it's not going to work for us. Read more

The lanes were great, so if you have a natural curve to your throw then this is the place to go and on top of that they offer an... arcade experience along with great food. Took my brother and we had a blast. Read more

Me and my family were not at all happy with the customer service at this place especially with the guy named Sal. He seemed like... a manager but he was very very rude and insulting with me and my brother. I usually never mention the person's identity in thenegative review but here I felt it's required for the management to know. And I observed his behavior with couple of othercustomers too.
