Every time we go here we get reminded by one of the employees that the store is a franchise and they don?t have anything that... corporate BIGGBY has? I thought all big bees were franchises I?ve never went to one that doesn?t have the normal menu items. Ijust think this location can do better. Read more

It was my first time at this location, (been to many, I worked for the company for 2 years) I asked for a vanilla tea latte, we... even verified at the window ?vanilla tea latte? -which should just be the tea bag and milk, and I got a vanilla bean latte. Idon?t/can?t drink coffee and was looking forward to a warm tea latte for a sore throat. It was free and they were closing in 45mins so I didn?t bother going back. But I won?t go here again, something so simple couldn?t be done. Read more

The worst Coffee shop I ever be to. Races. And Poor customer service. The cashier Give me the wrong drink 3 time and got ... upset with me and told me that she can not replace my drink for the third time that she mess up. I ask to speak to the manager.The manager was rude and did not care to hear what I had to say about my order. I would not come back here ever again. Read more

Elderly mother purchased drinks in drivethru. The drinks were not fully placed in the carrier and unfortunately my mother didn't... notice and the fell out of the carrier and all over her car. Called and explained the situation and asked if we could pick upfresh drinks to remedy the situation, and was told "sorry, gotta buy new ones!". We paid good money for these drinks, and arenot even asking for a refund - why can't I at least be compensated with a fresh beverage so I can enjoy what I paid for?Contacted corporate, so we will see what is done. Sad customer service - was a barista for over 10 years, including a biggbybarista, and would never be this petty towards a customer, even if they dropped their drink outside! Read more

I don't go to biggby often, ive only been a handful of times in my life. This location might have been the first location of... theirs I'd ever been to when I decided to try their coffee drinks finally. I was really overwhelmed and confused when orderingand was completely lost on what to get. It's really cool, fun, and interesting to have to many options but I could definitelysee and/or understand how some people could possibly feel really stressed while ordering and just randomly pick something underpressure, which im pretty sure is what I ended up doing lol. The drink was fine if I remember correctly but whatever it was Iwouldn't get it again. I always plan on coming back and find myself looking at the drink menu at least once a week, trying todecide what I would actually get if I went there, but I always end up the same way, overwhelmed. Then decide not to go getanything at all even though I want something I just don't know what lol. Nice location. But drive thru wait times are insane. You could easily lose 30 minutes of your day waiting for one drink.

We got the iced pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream and Caramel apple cider!! Any drink you get from this location will be... delicious and employees do a great job making it expect a long line though but worth it! Read more
