Me and my fiance went in this location on Tuesday evening and what a mess the cashier he was sitting on a milk crate behind the... counter on his phone while there was trash straw wrappers napkins etc laying all on the floor along with the counters had emptycups laying on the floor and lids. all the slurpee machines were out of order was not very stocked with supplies burnt up coffeein the coffee pots and numerous spills drips etc on the floor and the counters... Tried to buy two RIP It energy drinks which were listed at $1.09 on the can. Cashier tried to charge me $2.99 each for them.... When I told him about the price being wrong I was told that the manager told him to change $2.99 for them. He asked if I stillwanted them and I said "Yes, for $1.09 each." He said he wasn't going to do that. I then asked him if he would pay $2.99 forsomething priced at $1.09 and he said no. After going back and forth with him I said forget it and walked out. If they weregoing to jerk me around over that what else are they overcharging people for? Read more
If I could give it zero, I would. Worst worst 7-eleven EVER! The make up their own hours. It is DISGUSTING! The store I mean.... And the cherry on top? The staff is the rudest I?ve ever seen in a 7-eleven. Previous comments are correct. Just go the extramile and go to another one. This one deserves to be closed down. I call this morning to make sure they are open because I knowthey make up they?re own hours. And guess what? Their phone is turned off. This is the closest 711 location to me. That is unfortunate because the staff are some of the least helpful out of all of the... 7-Elevens. I've been spoken to rudely, and have been short-changed on a few separate occasions. Also, their food is verysubstandard. The only good thing I can say about this 7-Eleven is their location. Great location terrible staff. I waited 3min to check out. Had to ask the guy who worked there if he could cash me out because i... had been waiting so long. He took his time coming to the cash register. Did not say sorry for the wait. 7 eleven is supposed tobe conveient thats why they are high priced. Next time i will just go to Kroger because self check out is faster then waiting onthese 7 eleven people to cash you out. This is not the first time. They have done this many times over the years. The older lady who works here is nice and courteous. But most of the time I get the loser behind the counter that's usually high... as a kite. I've seen him sober once in a couple dozen encounters. Today I asked him a question and he just stood there staringat his hands, and I'm pretty sure almost drooling. Sad. Read more
