First time trying out the restaurant. There was one server working and he didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. He... looked at us a few times and kept serving the people at the tables. Completely ignored us. We had to sit down ourselves and wewaited for water and he didn’t even stop by to give us that or update us on how long he’d take before he could put in anorder for our drinks. Very rude customer service and I wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there eitherunless they have more than one server working. Read more

Have been coming to this place 4+ years. Always excellent. My favorite is the poke nachos. My kids love the Redhead- with spicy... hot Cheetos. Got them hooked on sushi because of it! Their takeout got us through Covid. Read more

Our server was extremely inattentive and rude - did not check on us to see if we needed anything once. Asked for straws and he... didn’t say anything, just walked away. When he dropped off food he barely made it to the table before he set the food down andimmediately walked away (no words spoken). Sushi was sub par. We tipped based on our service and experience and once our bankstatement came in we found that our server had added himself a hefty tip. Came in at 5:30 on a Tuesday and didn’t get my food for 50 minutes. I had to get up and go tell the server that my order never... came..when it finally came, the Kama was overcooked(very) and dry. A HIDDEN DIMOND.... I've crossed College Parkway & Eureka just off Douglas Blvd. An I missed this.... Until today. I decided to... investigate when I had seen red umbrellas. The sushi is pretty good and there is ample outdoor seats. We tried other things when Placer County was indoor dining for a tiny... but, but it wasn't as good as the sushi. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful, but I noticed other servers weren'tadhering to COVID-19 guidelines. One was running around with her mask slipping off her nose, while another who appeared to be apatron that knew the staff kept running indoors with no mask on. During indoor dining (when it was open), we did notice theywere very diligent in cleaning their menus so the second time we went may have been an off day. Something to keep in mind. Read more
