One of staff , she ignored me intentionally because I had coupons with me. She said she know nothing about coupons policy. Pass... over me to next customer and let me wait till another staff come to help. I wonder why she work there without training and herattitude really bad. Not recommended to go this location. I would rate this place ZERO! Worst service you could expect, they are not good at making Subs also. Would avoid this Subway... outlet in future. Also the lady working there is too rude. Read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Subway! My husband and I have tried different Subways in the area because as everyone... knows there are a lot of them. At this location all of the employees are so very kind! I love there customer service and withthat said the sandwiches are always delicious!! I love the spicy Italian with pepper jack cheese. All of the produce is fresh!!My husband picks the meatball sandwich everytime and a chicken wrap, they are always perfect! We love getting the footlong so wehave extra for later! Nothing better then this Subway shop on a hot day because nobody wants to cook!! Went out my way to thissubway shop because they have such kind people working there!! We always get great service and a delicious lunch!! He even gaveme a cookie! Read more

They are careless and close when they feel like it. I came to this Subway literally hours before they were supposed to close. I... come up to the door and the 2 women working there today were closing the doors, without saying why. They were careless about it,and no explanation was left on the door for customers. Go to a different Subway, they might not be open when they're supposed tobe. Read more

This is usually a great spot but I placed a phone order for pickup for two different kinds of sandwiches. They gave me the wrong... sandwich for one of them. I called them immediately and told them. The lady I spoke with said to come back in whenever I havetime and they will make the sandwich free of charge. I informed her I wasn?t given a receipt and she said it?s fine don?t worryabout it. Two weeks later I called and advised them of the order and for the sandwich to be free of charge. The employee saidthat?s fine and to come in to pick it up. After I drove there, the employee gave me an excuse that the manager won?t allow herto make a sandwich free of charge without a receipt. I told her that I placed a phone call before driving there and she wasaware of the situation. She said there?s nothing she can do. I asked to speak to the manager but he was conveniently not there.Do not go to this location. There are plenty of much better customer service oriented subway locations in the area. Shame onthem they just lost a long time customer. Read more

This is usually a great spot but they have new employees that like to speed things up and not in a good way, I did not pay... attention to how the sandwich was being made because I never had a problem here but with new people I get this and every time itry and take a bite all the insides pop out the top.
