This location is 8/10 guaranteed to put you in a bad mood. I frequent this Starbucks all the time via the Starbucks app because... it is so close to my house. Main issues: they get our drinks wrong all the time. All. The. Time. I let them know this drink inparticular is supposed to be iced. And like USUAL I'm met with some version of "you probably ordered it wrong on the app." Ipoint to the sticker on the cup that literally says iced. Then proceed to wait 5 minutes for them to finish their conversationswith fellow employees and/or other drinks. The drinks themselves are inconsistent. I order the same iced Americano with a splashof cream every time. Sometimes the drink comes out dark brown, sometimes it's all cream with a splash of espresso and everywherein between. The employees are very unpleasant. The manager is even worse. I get nervous when I have to approach them about theincorrect drinks, as I dont know what kind of attitude Im going to receive. So awkward and super unprofessional. I wrote thisreview simply because Im fed up. And there's not a lot I can do to express my grievances as the manager and employees literallydont care. Out of convenience I come here in hopes that my drink can?t be terrible every single time. This is the worst Starbucks I have... ever been too they do not know how to make the drinks no matter what drink it is the Fraps are the worst they taste likestraight milk disgust ? Read more

My favorite Starbucks is on Blue Oak. The Starbucks fairies (employees) are so efficient, friendly and fun. The dog pupaccinos... are great. I just like the whole vibe there. Read more
Worst Starbucks EVER!! Horrible customer service from Alley & Faith. The supervisor Alley does not posses the skills as one... should with the title. She is rude, condescending & inappropriate talking about customers (myself & children) in front of us. Wewaited 10 minutes for 1 Carmel Frapp. Several customers behind me including an order with 5 strawberry frapps made prior tomine. When I asked the status of my drink Alley said ?I don?t know what happened I wasn?t there & we made your drink as a favorremake.? It was rung up at the register (4:18 & finally received at 4:27pm) & ticket was misplaced out of order. This storestaff needs to be trained on order intake, customer service & etiquette. Reevaluate Alley as a supervisor whom represents poorbehavior on behalf of Starbucks. Once I received my Frapp it was watered down. Beautiful store but lacking basic customerservice skills & personality. By far the worst service from any Starbucks store I?ve been to. Needs much improvement. I?drecommend driving down the street to the Fairway Starbucks (10441 Fairway next to Bellagio Nail Salon). The staff there areALWAYS AMAZING & should be a model store. Fairway store has excellent customer service, always friendly, welcoming &knowledgeable of menu items. It is defiantly worth the drive to Fairway to receive consistent service from the polite &knowledgeable staff. The bar has been set high. Fairway Exceeds Standards. Read more
They really need to slow down and do quality over quantity. Cup barely 3/4 filled, have had other orders not done very well... also. Newly opened store and would rather drive further to a different spot for a better coffee. Facility is nice and staffare nice, but when the price of coffee has increased, I expect quality of the drink to remain good quality as well. Read more
We just can?t have enough Starbucks! The one across the street is inside of a grocery store so this one is much more accessible... and has a wonderful drive through. There?s no shortage of staff since I counted 11 people working there, which explains whythere was no line and very speedy service. Our coffee was delicious and our food order was piping hot. There?s plenty of seatinginside and outside for gatherings and study groups. Probably one of the larger Starbucks restaurants that I have seen inRoseville. Read more
The staff could be more friendly with in store customers coming in and out. My drink have been made incorrectly a lot over the... past few months. I order hot drinks they are iced. I order almond milk and quite a few times it has been regular milk. I preorder my drinks because im usually off to work or an apt qnd dont have time to fuss around with getting my dri k remade so it'sa bit frusting the more n more it happens. Read more
