Kevin in the drive thru rocks. After going to the Starbucks on Auburn and having a horrible experience Kevin kindly replaced our... drink with a very delicious alternative. It was a few minutes after closing but he still gave us perfectly impressive customerservice. This is the kind of employee that Starbucks can be proud of. He also reassured me that only a dumb barista wouldsuggest a beverage with lemonade and cream. Don't go to the Starbucks on Auburn and Garfield. The staff was friendly, bur halfway through my breakfast and coffee my son and I were literally kicked out so they could close... the lobby, at 9:30 am, because some of the employees were leaving. It?s a very odd thing to do during peak hours at a Starbucks.I watched a half-dozen people turned away and drove off while writing this. Not impressed. Read more
