Kevin in the drive thru rocks. After going to the Starbucks on Auburn and having a horrible experience Kevin kindly replaced our... drink with a very delicious alternative. It was a few minutes after closing but he still gave us perfectly impressive customerservice. This is the kind of employee that Starbucks can be proud of.
