Great coffee wish they were open a little later

Absolute terrible staff, the lady at the drive-thru decided to have an argument with me over my drink order. I asked for a... secret menu item called a undertow which is a very basic drink with simply two shots of espresso two pumps of vanilla and somecream. She then went on a tangent about how it's a custom made of drink and that no nobody knows how to make it. They thendecided to be cold at the window, not speaking at all ignoring my presence for about 5 minutes until my drink was already coldwhen I received it. When I then ask for napkins for the clearly spilled and dirty cup they had handed me she handed me a smallnapkin and didn't say a word as I finished paying. The staff was very impersonal and she didn't even say have a nice day orgoodbye I had to initiate. I would not recommend this Starbucks as it clearly lacks leadership and teamwork. Read more

They need to turn off mobile ordering if only the drive through is open. I ordered ahead before church & went to grab it, and... ended up having to sit in the drive through line. We normally come here order the ice peach green tea with light ice and extra peach juice. This is the worst ever happened. The... first drink tasted like just green tea and water, I went in store asked them to remake one, the guy remade it for me. This timeis worst. More water than the tea, and there is no peach juice inside at all. I was annoyed and my husband went in store letthem know and asked for refund. Usually they are great. Today the front counter was more interested in catching up with old co-workers than making coffee. Took... 15 min to get my coffee when I was the only person in the store that had ordered. If you go I recommend just waiting in thedrive thru. Read more

2 times now I have ordered my drink with sweet cream cold foam and they keep just putting effing whipped cream on it like I?m... dumb and won?t notice? What is so hard about just doing your job properly. I don?t want to sound like a Karen but like come onman. Read more

I always enjoy the coffee at Starbucks. The issue with this location is the overwhelming amount of mobile orders they receive.... This creates an issue with walk-ins and how long it can take to get an order. They have plenty of staff, just this location isway to busy for the amount of orders they get. I can say, the 30minutes I spend on average waiting for my drink, I've never hada drink made wrong and only seen 1 drink made not to the customers standard. Read more
